THE VERTICAL METHOD


The Vertical Method, invented by dance professional Jennifer Davis for her competitive clients, is a patent-pending exercise methodology coupled with a vertical bar apparatus. Work/ office climates have changed and people spend large portions of their days slouching at desks. The Vertical Method focuses on creating an athletic back and core, highly functioning posture muscles, tone arms and strong lean legs. We teach students to maintain their fitness within sedentary challenges.
