Join MELT method instructor, Shana, for this 2-hour intensive workshop focusing on the upper body. Whether you have neck pain, joint pain, or overall aches and pains, come learn these simple techniques you can do at home to remain active, healthy, and pain-free.
MELT is a simple self-treatment technique that works by rebalancing your nervous system and rehydrating your connective tissue, which is all around your muscles and joints. Learn how treating this tissue can improve your alignment while helping you avoid common aches and pain. Using specialized soft rollers, we will focus on learning the basic upper body moves in the MELT method, as well as identifying where we have stuck stress in our body, and experiencing the changes in how our body feels AFTER we treat this stuck stress.

Pilates was originally developed by a man (Joseph Pilates) for men. Each class will be designed to counteract the often imbalanced muscular development that is common in male bodies while challenging your strength, stability, flexibility and mental focus. During these total body workouts, we will strengthen the core to minimize the risk of injury, boost athletic performance and improve movement patterns that can be applied to all areas of life. We will awaken areas of your mind, body and muscular system that you never thought was possible with traditional exercise
Intro to MELT Method

In this 2 hour workshop, Shana will teach you how to use the soft foam roller and hand/foot treatment balls in various ways to re-hydrate your connective tissues and re-balance your nervous system. Cost is $60.
