Live Online Fitness Classes with Body Dynamics

When the pandemic shut down our studio in mid- March of 2020, we immediately jumped online to offer our community ongoing services. We are a tight knit group and the social connections are just as important to us as the workouts are. 

 

Servicing our clients is our number one priority. We have been online with classes and private sessions ever since and continue to grow our portfolio of offerings with new classes, workshops and updated evidence-based programs.

 

Currently offering Pilates Mat classes with lots of various themes, we are working diligently to replicate the benefits of the in-studio classes.  Other group fitness classes on the Body Dynamic’s menu include On the Ball with Weights, Workout with Weights, Cardio Core Fusion, and Pfilates.  Please see our schedule for days and times.

Online Pilates Classes

Pfilates - Pelvic Floor Pilates

Varying times - please check the schedule .  Classes taught by Lindsay - 30 minute classes

The Pfilates program was created by Board Certified Urogynecologist and pelvic floor specialist Dr. Bruce Crawford to help women and men improve pelvic floor fitness. These basic fitness and  Pilates mat movements have been selected based on EMG recordings of the pelvic floor.  Join Lindsay to learn these very effective exercises and find the ones that are best for you.

Matwork Mix with Props

Friday at 9am with Lindsay

This class is a mixture of Pilates mat and fitness exercises along with stretching and balance work to work the whole body.  Modifications will be offered.  Props will be used such as a Fitball,  FitBall mini, weights, roller and therabands.  

Pilates Mat Challenge 

Monday at 8am with Maria

This faster paced Pilates mat class is for the experienced Pilates client who knows their body and their movement restrictions. 

Online Specialty Training Classes

On the Ball Mix with Weights and Bands

Wednesday at 11 with Lindsay

Join us for a fun and energetic class on the FitBall and Mat.  You will need wall space and floor space and of course, a ball.  Other props will be used such as bands and weights.  A good challenge for your whole body.  

Workout with Weights

Friday at 10:30 am with Wendy

This class will have you moving in slow controlled motions that allow for weights (primarily, 3,5, 8 lbs) but can be done with just body weight alone.  There will be an endurance challenge to the muscles to help build or maintain joint integrity. Modifications can be applied for those who need it.

Kaiut Yoga

Friday at 1pm with Jani

Kaiut Yoga is all about biomechanical health (or said another way, your freedom of movement). It has been designed to work through chronic pain and injuries, general aches and stiffness, and work for the inflexible, hyper flexible and the aging body. Unlike most yoga that stretches muscles in extraordinary ways, Kaiut Yoga works from the joints.
